Bounce Beach Pensacola Set to Replace Felix’s on Pensacola Beach
Change is coming to the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. Nearly four years after replacing Hemingway’s Island Grill, Felix’s Restaurant & Oyster Bar has closed its doors — and a bold new concept is taking its place. According to the Santa Rosa Island Authority, a new tenant named Bounce Beach Pensacola has been approved to take over the location, bringing with it a lively, sports-lounge-meets-upscale-beach-club atmosphere.
Bounce Beach Pensacola will be operated by BrandIt Hospitality Group, the team behind several successful Bounce Sporting Club locations in Chicago, New York City, and Delray Beach. Their only existing Bounce Beach concept is currently open in Montauk, New York, where it’s known for combining coastal vibes with high-energy events, vibrant nightlife, and elevated American cuisine. Think bottomless brunches, stylish crowds, live DJs, sports watch parties, and a menu full of modern shareables, salads, sliders, and handhelds.
While specific details about the Pensacola Beach location are still under wraps, the approval by the SRIA marks an exciting shift toward a more energetic and modern beachside experience. Whether it mirrors the lively scene of Bounce Montauk or introduces a unique Gulf Coast twist, one thing is clear — Bounce Beach Pensacola will be a destination for locals and tourists alike.
